* Registration fee includes: congress registration and access to all congress sessions, congress material and congress bag, congress proceedings, welcome cocktail on the 4th of September 2011, gala dinner on the 9th of September 2011, all coffee breaks throughout the congress, participation in half-day excursion/tour. Registration fee does not include: accommodation, travel expenses to/from Rhodes and airport, food and beverages at the half-day excursion/tour, and bank or credit card charges.

**** The lead paper author (or at least one of the co-authors in case of multiple authors) is required to register at the latest for the Congress with full payment of fees on or before the 6th of June 2011 in order for papers to be included in the Congress Proceedings as well as in the Congress Program. Accepted papers submitted by authors not registered with full payment of fees for the congress by the June 6th 2011 will be deleted from both the Congress Proceedings and the Congress Presentation schedule.
Important Notes: a) Bank charges are not included in the above rates; a bank processing charge of 3 Euro will be added to the above amounts; b) Cancellation policy: If a registration is cancelled before 8 August 2011, registration fees are refund less 80 Euro for process charges. No refund after 8 August 2011; c) transfer from/to hotels and to/from congress venue (Rodos Palace hotel) is not included in registration fees - delegates staying at hotels other than the venue should make their own arrangements for transfer (taxi or public bus).
