Important notes:
a) Bank charges are included in the above rates; a bank processing charge of 3 Euro was added to the above amounts;
b) Cancellation policy: If a registration is cancelled before 8 August 2011, registration fees are refunded less 80 Euro for processing charges. No refund after 8 August 2011;
c) transfer from/to hotels and to/from Congress venue (Rodos Palace Hotel) is not included in registration fees - delegates staying at hotels other than the venue should make their own arrangements for transfer (taxi or public bus)
